Richmond, VA, February 24, 2012 — avVaa World Health Care Products Inc. (“avVaa” or the “Company”) (Pink Sheets: AVVH) wishes to update the shareholders on recent events.

The company wishes to announce that Jason Price has been appointed to the Board of Directors as President and Chief Operations Officer. Jason has over 20 years of diversified business experience in the Information Technology industry where he currently holds a Six Sigma Green Belt. He has worked behind the scenes with Ms. Brennan developing the new website and implementing the new distributor program. His initial priority will be to grow the new distributor program.

The new distributor program shows great potential to expand avVaa’s product reach through the addition of new distributors and customers around the world. The program provides multiple ways for distributors to earn an income through face-to-face interaction or website sales. Distributors can earn up to 40% commission through retail sales, referral bonuses for introducing new distributors, retirement bonuses, and profit sharing. Jason Price comments, "We are extremely excited to offer this opportunity to motivated individuals interested in getting in at the ground floor. Building distributorships creates exposure to a much broader market."

The company also wishes to announce that it has relocated its corporate headquarters from British Columbia, Canada to Richmond, Virginia in the United States. Richmond, Virginia was selected for its robust economy, pro-business climate and its quality workforce. In addition, Virginia continues to rank among America's leading states for business by CNBC and Forbes.com. This move will allow us to better support our new distributor program.
