I made my first leg in the stock market... since then I moved into low income rental property. I own over 400 units in Valdosta, GA. However, I definitely wouldn't recommend low income rentals to the faint of heart. It is a lot of hard work.

As far as the stock market is concerned.. my father in law taught me a very valuable lesson.

When people believe things are good, for some odd reason they believe that things will always be good.. and when things are bad, they panic and think things will always be bad... figure out what that means related to the stock market.. apply some patience and you will do well.
