Well, I just look at the facts presented.

$700MM in Gold Reserves
$3.5MM Buyout
Very Low Float
Getting rid of all debt
NO TOXIC FINANCING
Moving to OTCBB
Phase 1 and 2 of mining is financing
Phase 3 means pulling up Gold
Gold mining is hot across the board
Gold is going over $2000/ounce

This is an INVESTMENT not a trade

There are many trades out there, this is not one.

GOLD is King right now

My price target is $1.50-$5.50
