I did some DD on my own question and this is what I found.

He is most likely using his tactics to accumulate more shares before a serious PR containing revenue information or the annual report posts. His downfall or simple side step out of the way will come once the market gets hot.

Then, "The player will have to be very careful to avoid being “steamrolled’ by hot buying."
