Im sure this was one of the first reasons you invested in Apricus ( Nexmed back then )..

The 8K says that it a Clinical Supply Agreement..

Not sure if they are going to start clinical trials for Vitaros or they are going to present them to the FDA.. But.. Its a Step in the Right Direction.. I was starting to question how could Warner Chilcott be so blind to the Deals that Apricus is doing..
Especially these last two.. They are sitting on a Gold Mine..

Even if they just sub-license the rights.. They have 11 times Canada's Potential Sales in the E.D. Market..!

Hopefully this means they are Moving forward with the FDA..

And this would help Apricus in this way if Approved..

And Apricus could now pursue the 502 B (2) regulatory approval path for other drugs..!
