Skyes - I received a similar confirmation from Berlin that PGI's application had been rejected and therefore had been removed from the Filings que and page.

I addressed this with Robert Gandy and he insisted that all they were asked to do was provide additional information which they did, and that I should "keep watching" as they would pop up again. Then he scolded me for "bothering" the Berlin Exchange and that I was probably interfering with their approval process. Then while "watching", I see the SEC puts a halt on them here in the States.

I wouldn't anticipate the Berlin listing occurring and becoming the savior for this company.
