to recover from the actions of the previous management, IMO.
Odds are good there will be a re-structuring, both share
and personnel. Could be possible that the world class team
got into something before they knew exactly what it was.
They'll get their pay, so no need to worry about them. They can
take their millions and go back to what they were doing before.
I would not be surprised to see a comment like "I thought the
company was transparent enough, but when I got in there and
started to really dig at what they had, where they were, and
the deals they made, it became clear that turning the business
around was not going to be easy nor something I wanted to be
a part of."
and of course, this is all IMHO. We'll definitely know the
outcome by mid August.
