A reverse split does NOT "wipe shareholder's out"... your value stays the same or grows slightly, while the number of shares you hold is reduced by whatever the ratio is. The down- side for the investor is the rate of exponential growth is slowed... ex; it's not unusual for a pink to have 500% growth... it is unusual to have a post reverse stock that has a 50/1 ratio to experience that rate of growth. So moving forward, you will be affected, but it does NOT mean you don't make green. I am in no way implying it is a good thing for the investor, although that has been the case before- each stock is different. They are absolutely using our share sales to finance operations- and there is nothing wrong with that- they have no revenues to date and bills, salaries, business trips to pay for. So what do you want them to do, fold up the tent take their lawn chairs and leave the field? Yes, the only income you see is from selling stock. All fact. That's where the TGN comes in and the tribes do their thing and revenues are produced. The reality is, this takes time and there are days we get our collective asses kicked... we get shorted- somebody sells a million for cash- you've all done it! the other day somebody sold twenty million for cash... it happens. The PPS drops- plummets in this case- confidences are shaken- and that's why you're posting and asking questions. JMO- we have EVERYTHING the PR said we have... and I believe a LOT more... this whole industry has been shaken and pissed on by the DOJ and their intentionally vague positions. Investors are scared and confused... gambling pros, lawyers and casino owners, tribes are all confused and don't all agree... so ATIG has a PR and nobody comes to the party. I'd say I don't blame them... this will take more PR's and more importantly SERIOUS press, from major publications. Keep in mind that the tribes see this as a SOLUTION... this is exactly how they keep their sovereignty and protect and grow their 40%+ of every gambling dollar in the USA. The tribes are coming. My opinion is it's ALL coming. I'm staying.
