it means www.yesdtc.com has not paid their hosting provider's fee so they have suspended the site until they do. next step to remove the site altogether.

if he is planning a name change to motorbooster Inc then I guess this is OK but he better have new site up quickly.

IMHO Joe is waiting to win the lottery before he can finance anything.
