most of the times only CROOKS has access to endless resources to afford shorting such an OTC stock ., first of all you need to have over $3mil to short by 1 million shares an OTC stock trading at $1.5 and willing to take the risk since now and then some OTC are legit and can burn you out ! now the question is that , who has the resources to do that ?
