I would imagine the 10k will be out by the end of March. Assuming they made a profit for about the 11th straight quarter, it will be divided by 100,000,000 less shares O/S than it would have been prior to the retirement of those shares. This will make SMAA look better on a per share basis. Great mid and long term hold, IMO.
