Come on Dan, it's simple, if you don't want to disclose SS information, you employ a TA with a "policy" to not disclose any SS information. It's a "friendlier" way to GAG your TA. You can just say "oh, that's just their policy..."
There is absolutely no legitimate reason to gag your TA unless you are doing something your holders will perceive to be detrimental to their investment. Plain and simple.
