Hey Rukmusher,, hope you and family are well..
On this issue,, the whole thing was designed and put together for the benefit of PHARMSTAR PHARMACEUTICALS AQUAPRIN... That was the ad that was plasterd on Hendersons butt.

It just seems ridiculous for HOWARD to claim absence of any liability . Both promotions netted zero in PPs uptick . Would Howard be viewing things different if the Henderson fight gave it a huge blast from some rich dude in the arena wanting to know about AQUAPRIN... I personally think the outcome would be different.

I do think ,especially just hearing for the first time payment was promised in shares, what in the H--L good can come of HOWARD getting this kind of negative publicity over shares,, NO MATTER WHO IS RESPOSIBLE.. It was done on behalf of PHAR advertisement of AQUAPRIN and its not like HOWARD doesnt own a share or two.

Just sounds like business operating like a nightclub rather than a Pharmaceutical Company that is responsible to shareholders as well as some personal tangled web thats needs to be settled.
