Per their agreement with "The Big Company", the company that was hired by OPMG to facilitate the media campaign of Justin Bieber, OPMG has agreed to pay them $20,000 a month - accrued monthly until OPMG can get $5 million in financing. We have no news that they have such financing.
A couple questions come from this for me:
Does this explain why we hadn't heard a word from JB, (until now) due to no payment?
Does this explain dilution to pay the $20K A MONTH?
This agreement expires one year from March '11, right around the corner.
TBC received 18 mil common stock, 12 mil- one year warrants exc. at .01, 25 mil two year warrants exc at .02.
All of the agreements OPMG penned with various "consultants" expire in the next couple months.
Read the filing for confirmation.

I reiterate, something has to happen soon or this whole thing goes up in smoke. IMO.
Do some DD and go back and read the filings from last spring. It's all coming to a head...one way or the other.
