Has anyone thought about this?

What if it is (even though we have been told that it is not) a reverse merger?
1) That would explain why Kuni would want the shares to be as cheap as possible,
2) The silence is because of the amount of time that they (the Acquisition company) would need for PIHN to have NO outside communications.
3) The need for up listing (hinted to in the 12-30-11 email)
4) The need for a New CEO
5) The amount of time that the acquisition has taken to finish

I do not know for sure, and I am just asking if it makes since to anyone else or am I just grasping at straws????
