Your first sentence made sense and I agree with it. But the two sentences after that, I'm dumbfounded.

There's a lot of people here who have lost significant amounts of money.

QSGI itself is not a scam. It is managed by suspect people who have ran 'scams' before.

Once this settles around a penny, then it is no longer a scam.

I take it you are saying that even though they ran scams before, it doesn't mean they are this time. And, if it settles around a penny, then we can rest easy because that will prove it's not a scam.
