Dear Charles:

Thanks for your support and critique. It was great talking with you this morning.

We are very proud of our Food and Beverage line and can't wait for folks like yourself to spread the word. Our web site shopping cart is under construction and should be up and running soon. As discussed... we are basically using our Television Productions as our defining media outlet to gain consumer and brand awareness. (Pretty much like Martha Stewart) Once we feel that we have gained a foothold in the marketplace... we will then go to the distributors.

As far as the delays... research and development on all of our products has taken years to perfect. Most companies don't make it through the development stages of growth, but we have. And, I'm really proud of that.

I look forward to seeing you and Sarah at the shareholder meeting. You'll be quite surprised.
