At the risk of sounding like a "nervous nancy", I can't help but wonder if the 10k development is concurrent. If I extrapolate the time it is taking for the 10Qs and multiply that by the time it takes to complete a 10k and then add that to the day the 3rd Q arrives ( at this pace, 3Q would arrive in mid March if the 2nd Q arrives this week) I get a 10K release in June. Now, that is quite pessimistic; but, I suspect outside investors are probably using that same math to predict when SNEY will be current (Some time in August at this pace.)
Of course, as I have stated all along, I believe SNEY is strategically issuing the fins so as to climax with the 10k and the first quarterly of FY2012. For that to be true, they would have to be writing and reviewing the 10k right now, concurrent with the Qs they are releasing of late.
