No there was a hearing in the Federal court to try and get the dredging moratorium laws overturned. The final decision is now pushed back awhile. It would impact SPAH doing dredge mining on one of thier claims, but shouldn't affect the other claims that they PR'ed about core sampling and micro-drilling.
