I would not sell CTYX at .008 right now. Aside from the 600k shares offered at that price ($4,800 worth of stock), the Ask looks thin above that.

I see CTYX's PPS trading in the .012 - .015 range in the near future, not that the overhang of the merger uncertainty is gone.
