i realized that a very large multinational such as simpro :
-
i) could easily commit the $5M to perhaps $10M for a plant
ii) had the global reach
iii) had connections in growing countries ( indonesia, india, china, malaysia, etc ) where autos were just beocoming numerous, and tire disposal was on the brink of becoming problematic

i have worked at large companies that wasted millions on a lark. to me, given my experience - - - for a smart senior-level executive at simpro to have taken the risk, would have been a giant coup : for simpro, for Tirex, and for the site that got the fracturing mill.
