SMF you are confused. The ingen case they wilfully entered into a stipulated agreement and judgment. That is a settlement agreement. The terms of the settlement are what they chose. The courts will enfore the bargain you make. A court cant order you to pay in shares as a basis of paying someone back without it being agreed to. The judgment is in dollar terms then they marshall assets that were pledged etc. My response was to PeeDee was saying HLNT was going to get ordered to pay NIR in shares not money. Courts just will not do that
