I will say this, If you have a certain position already in your personal brokerage account....the brokerage cannot and will not sell your shares without your permission. That is a Fact!!

If someone is telling you any different then they are not being truthful in the matter.

There are some crooked brokerages out there but even they know they would be held liable for breaking the law. So that comment about them selling his shares without his knowledge is totally bogus.

If it were true then I wish it would happen to me because I would be one filthy rich guy in the end and sure as heck wouldnt need to be in the stock market anymore....lol
