Exactly......I tried to move my Ameritrade account to Etrade but no one (that I have found) accepts the transfer of penny stocks. Something about shareholders moving accounts back and forth and scamming brokers. The brokers want to be the original holders of the certificate? (I am sure I am butchering this explanation but I was mad as hell when I was talking to them).
