I dont see where you claim 20% has gone missing. The JV will be making money.

Both releases are off because they talk of revenues one talks of revenues after expenses (which is actually gross profit) and one just revenues but I am sure it is really after costs otherwise the JV will run at a loss.

I wish you could actually spend a little time explaining what you write rather than juts making out of the blue claims.
