Not only unprofessional, but also illegal under Reg FD and a number of other Securities laws.

For one thing, CEOs cannot communicate any material information without communicating it to all shareholders and all potential shareholders at the same time.

Telling a few selected shareholders that there will definitely be "positive developments" is a clear breach of Reg FD.

Mind you as PHAR's accounts are deliberately and conclusively fraudulent, let alone non-GAAP compliant, and Howard regularly lies about other matters such as the so-called FDA approval of Aquaprin (it's not FDA approved) and the status of the patent (on grounds of obviousness, prior art and the on-sale bar, no patent will ever be granted fort he "technology asscoaited with Aquaprin) I guess he figures he may as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb.
