Alex, fortunately, relatively the US still has it good on petrol prices, though, of course, any price
rise price hits the relatively poor more, and HURTS .. i don't know if you saw this chart before ..

If i'm reading the chart right US pump prices are roughly half of Australia's, (Perth is lower) and ours increased roughly
twice as fast as yours in the past year, so yup it hurts, yet in reality you guys still have it pretty good on that score.

I heard one in the refining business the other day say oil refining was a tough, low margin business.

Two refineries in Australia have just announced plans to stop refining
and go down to, what is it? .. a transfer place? .. or close altogether ..
