The other dudes have nasty side effects. Probably why doctors and pharmacists are recommending it and customers are raving about it.

The question you asked was how WILL they break into the market should have been how DID they successfully break into the market....because they have already. There is no "will" about it. It's now a speculation of further degrees of success IMO as they continue to make money every quarter and grow.
