Why would NIR sue ECMH? They were complicit with each other. Convert reverse convert reverse and now no bid. ECMH never took a stand and said no. NIR gave ECMH about a year ago because they were buddy buddy and printing more shares to NIR. Although ITRO has idiots promoting the co at least ITRO and HLNT took a stand.
