The Snowden Report: Highlights

Results from the surface mapping, sampling and geophysical program indicate a number of significant mineralisation targets that warrant a follow up exploration drilling program. The exploration work completed to-date suggests that the Falcon mine property may contain 3 types of economic mineralization and Snowden strongly recommends that the proposed models be tested with a next phase of exploration drilling.

A literature search, carried out by Henkle, determined that the Falcon Silver Mine there has been little if any post WW II production. The mine was operated in the past, as a small scale, narrow vein underground operation. It has been perceived by the Nevada exploration community, until recent years, as having potential for small scale underground production and has not attracted attention from those searching for Carlin type mineralization targets.
It was not until the discovery of the Ken Snyder Mine at Midas, Nevada in 1994 that the exploration community began to pay serious attention to prospects with similar geologic characteristics to the Falcon Mine. The Ken Snyder Mine is a volcanic hosted, low sulfidation, narrow vein, high grade underground mine with cumulative production to 2011, of approximately 2 million oz. of gold.

Ag/Au 4 are strong multi point anomalies that are 100 and 200 m wide respectively with values of 110 ppb Ag and 1.8 ppb Au. The anomalies straddle a very large and unusually high resistivity anomaly found between elevations 1900 and 1400 m and to the west of 551750. This body is interpreted as a zone of structurally controlled silicification, localized in Paleozoic sediments, emplaced along the Falcon Mine Fault.
The width of these anomalies, along with their strength, indicates that there has been considerable flow of mineralizing fluids along the Falcon Mine Fault and a possible subsidiary fault located at 551750. This is a significant anomaly with respect to both geophysics and geochemistry.

The volcanics appear to be about 100 m thick along this line. This is significant because it means that the Paleozoic sediments (which possibly host Meikle type mineralization), are considerably shallower (and thus easier to exploit if hosting economic mineralization) than previous estimations. Long (2000), for example, estimated a thickness of approximately 300 m for these volcanics. There are three robust silver and two robust gold anomalies found along this line.

Ag/Au 1 is a 375 m wide Ag and 300 m wide Au multiple point anomaly with values of 200 ppb Ag and 18 ppb Au. It hosts the most anomalous values along any line in the project area. The anomaly straddles the entire width of Remer Hill. In particular, it straddles a zone of resistivity from 550850 to 551000;; the zone is intensely resistive (light blue and white colors indicating intense silicification) above elevation 2000 m.

Conclusions

It is concluded that:

- At least three gold and silver bearing volcanic hosted quartz stockwork vein systems were discovered in outcrop in the northern portion of the prospect between geophysical/geochemical survey lines 4 and 5.

- Composite rock chip sampling of these stockwork vein systems indicated widths of 12 to 33 m., assaying greater than 0.3 gpt Au and 15 gpt Ag(representative of low grade open pit ore).

- Multiple resistivity and conductivity geophysical anomalies which are interpreted to represent both silicification and/or carbonaceous alteration along structures are present on all lines surveyed.

- The geophysical survey identified numerous multi point gold and silver geochemical anomalies with widths of up to 375 metres, overlie interpreted structurally related alteration zones. This suggests that the alteration zones may host economic mineralization.

- The exploration carried out by Snowden indicates that the Falcon Mine Prospect has expected mineralization supporting the following drill targets.

o Line 1 : Four attractive drill targets;; three shallow and one deep, all have both geophysical and geochemical signatures.

o Line 3 : Three attractive drill targets;; all of which have both
geophysical and geochemical signatures.

o Line 4 : At least eight attractive drill targets;; all of which have strong geophysical and geochemical signatures.

o Line 5 : At least three major and several minor attractive drill targets, all of which have strong geophysical and spectacular geochemical signatures.

- The drill targets summarized above lie at depths from between 100 and 750 metres. Additional drill targets are likely to be identified as more information is accumulats..

- The portion of the project area traversed by Line 2, while having some very interesting geophysical features exhibits a weak geochemical signature. Additional surface exploration is required prior to any drilling in this area.

- The volcanic deposits have an interpreted, geophysical signature that suggests a mineralised thickness in the order of 150 meters. Meikle??type sediment hosted targets could be considerably shallower than previously thought and thus easier to develop.

- The Falcon Mine Prospect has potential to host three types of economic mineralization. These are:

o Shallow volcanic hosted, low sulfidation, low grade mineralization(open pit).

o Deeper, volcanic hosted, Midas type, low sulfidation high grade
mineralization (underground).

o Deeper , sediment hosted, Meikle type, high grade mineralization
(underground)
