I have no idea why they never went forward. Any reply would be speculation...only their Board and officers know why.

Guesses?

*Didn't believe in the tech at that time
*Didn't like the terms Tirex offered
*Didn't want to create a new division
*Wanted to stay within their core businesses
*More profitable uses of capital
*Wouldn't commit the capital
*Wanted snowiegeorgie to have to wait another decade to realize his dreams
