the shares won't even be a part of GTGP. They are going to be issued into a holding company called GTHI. No one has any idea what the price will be of this stock, but in my opinion it will be worth very, very little - probably about 1/10th of the value of GTGP. Thus, the dividend shares WILL NOT affect GTGP at all! In fact these dividends probably won't even come until the company makes some profit via contracts.
