Oh, there's probably the tiniest bit of relevance to how long someone has been the CEO of a company, whether publicly traded or not. One wonders why dispute that.
If it makes somebody feel better that the company has been publicly traded for 6 years, has undergone 2 reverse splits, is barely trading at .0005, and has a record of its officers selling stock into paid pumps without legal disclsure, I wish them good luck, and lots of it.
