1) On the subject of refinancing 2) we have identified advisors 2.1 - whose track record 2.2 - ability to understand our objectives 2.3 - proven contacts 3) are of sufficient quality 4) to proceed with preparation of a formal proposal to appropriate candidates 4.1) - that are already known (the candidates are know to the advisors)
The advisors will prepare the report,
and
present it to the candidates
who
may accept, reject, or modify it

all of which could be over long before the 90 days,
or
not...
