OK, I gotta ask.
Has anybody been following L2 for DEJ?
The reason I ask is the mm ARCX refuses
to be overbid. Over and over they start
the bid at the next highest bid and then
work it up to the ask. Looks like they
are accumulating without driving the price
up. Thoughts? I've never seen this before.
