Our good friends the shorters have been spreading rumors regarding the January 6, 2012, memo from the DTCC. That "chill" is no longer in place. However, TD Ameritrade has recently caught wind of it again and they've placed it on their DTCC Chill list. I'm on the phone with the restricted stocks department right now trying to get things resolved. It may be a few days though.

I'm just mad because TD Ameritrade blocked me out of a great buying opportunity. One that....they caused. Isn't that ironic?
