Okee dokey, Mr. Wiredog...seeing as how I had the guts to make my name and other information public which makes it possible to verify what I say about my credentials, why don't you do the same? Where do you work? what do you do there? If I call and ask for your supervisor will he tell me you work with all those protocols every day? Cause you know what? I don't know of a single company that deals with every single one of those different means of transporting signal or data! Not one!

So you must work at a pretty amazing place to work with each of them on a daily basis. Care to share? I'd love to know about such a company, heck that might even be bloggable.

Beyond the fact that unless you can prove what you say, it is simply some guy talking, the other issue is that whether you know the difference between WCDMA and OFDM (and not some dictionary definition but the real world differences) means relatively little in regards to your other error which is much more significant; assuming that a process patent is more difficult to defeat than a device patent. Once again, if the process is not perfectly clearly explained with each element specifically defined, how can someone say if a subsequent invention, and especially one that WORKS violates a process that noone can really describe, let alone prove to be viable?

Moreover, "wiredoggy" have some class...calling someone "bozo" and telling them to shut their mouth makes you sound like a petulant little child...if you don't like or agree with what I have to say don't read it; this forum is designed for the open exchange of opinion and I am simply voicing mine. It just so happens that you made some statements which to me came across as in-credible and with obvious errors in your assesment of technical issues. I took the time to point this out. If that offends you I think you need to grow a thicker skin or avoid reading anything that isn't all sunshine and little fluffy clouds.
