This whole JV thing is obviously a scam. Why would GDSM sign a JV with a company that is relatively equal in value and resources?

IF GDSM signed a JV with a major player with a stock price in the dollars with resources to really help develop a commercial mine, that would be something legitimate.

These 2 companies are scamming all the way to the bank.


If you don't have a set of these you best put your money in a CD.
