Eerily silent perhaps, But you provide not one shred of irrefutable, factual evidence that Empire does "NOT" have the funding at this time to persue its current published exploration program. Nor have you provided the same irrefutable factual evidence that a drilling rig, suitable for the drilling program Empire states that it is in the process of persuing, Has indeed "NOT" been procured, and is "NOT" in the process of being shipped to the proper drilling site for its drilling program exocution. To be fair, I also have no irrefutable, factual,evidence that EEGC "Does" indeed have funding in place to procede with its drilling program as stated in the most current PR. In other words, both sides of this arguement are mearly our own perspective opinions as to the factual, true status of EEGC's drilling plan. And as such, It would seem to me, both "Opinions" would have equal weight, until such time as irrefutable,factual,evidence were to come to light that would tip the scales in favor of the unvarnished truth. Until then, it would seem logical to me that this arguement is moot until proven otherwise.
