Seeker,
the value of the deal goes up exponentially once the proof of concept is validated by a first round of trials. Then again after round II.
Going after Flucide, with an expected shortened trial period due to the availability of patients and the speed of endpoints validation, seems like a wise choice from management from my perspective: the deal value might then be an order of magnitude of what it could be now...
