Letter To Hewlett Packard:
"Hello,
My suggestions are as follows; by avoiding a direct 'complaint' selection in your ‘Contact hp’ areas you are annoying, frustrating and, or angering your customer base. I have now been on your website for over ten minutes. In today's world if one must spend longer than one minute trying to use a site it is not efficient, nor is 'top notch' as one would expect of somebody with a reputation such as Hewlett Packard. If one spends more than fives minutes trying navigate a website it's not only not user-friendly, it’s lacking proper customer care, not to mention rude and inexcusable, JMO!
The reason I'm so frustrated is this; I bought a HP Scanjet 4600 a few weeks back. After I got home I found I had no USB interface/power adapter cord. After arguing with an Office Depot manager on my return trip to the store, I received a cord from another package. Upon returning home I tried to use the flatbed hinge unit, the clips on this thing are so week it wouldn't stay on even if it did fit, which it didn’t! After weeks of procrastination due mostly to my discomfort with the whole affair, I think I’ve tracked down the problem.
I believe you have mistakenly sold me the 4670 scanner. My cord goes straight out the back on the left, and therefore will not fit the holder supplied. From the pictures of the Scanjet 4600 I see that the cord comes off of the left side near the back. So you see I have no holder at all, and most of my scanning requires one. Not having one is a real pain in the neck.
I have both a HP scanner and printer; being a loyal customer even after this last hassle, I'm writing in hopes that you'll take mercy on my predicament and send me a free stand/holder or whatever else is needed for what I have and believe to be the HP 4670 Scanjet.
