no matter what you do in life, if it requires financing, it ain't done till it's done

standing in line at the cash register at Target, and your C.C. is declined - - - if you have no other source of funds, you lay down your purchase, and walk out, perhaps red-faced.

you buy a car, and sign the finance papers. it used to be that you'd wait a day for approval. these days ( i have not bought a new car since 1998 ) i believe the online approval process is almost immediate. still, if you are immediately rejected ( poor credit or whatever ) then you drive home in your rusty '89 olds with the bald tires that need to be recycled.

until i hear of an approved and formally announced financial package for this excellent deal, it will always be almost.

i bet ( opinion follows ) that the financing for this will be some kind of creative package, and not a standard commercial banking line of credit.

commercial bankers are a bit gun-shy these days.
