Incorrect, anyone that uses Penson clearing cannot trade this stock, anyone using a non self clearing broker that use the DTC for all of their clearing settlement cannot trade this stock. All of those debt holders brining their new shares have difficulty putting up deposits at their brokers. So it effects a lot of people who can no longer trade this stock.
