BIDU IPO did not debut today. It is tomorrow. I was wrong (again). If it doesn't open too high, I'm going to try to get in with a limit order from the get go. They raised their offering from 3.7 million shares to 4.1 million shares. Still very low floater. Is it yesterday or tomorrow in China right now???
