Paul, yes, they are. Same core, stepping, the 152 also has the 104W TDP, just like the FX-55. The "BN" code. It´s a branding exercise. These parts are positioned against 1P Pentium 4 workstations and servers, but the Opteron name carries more weight in the professional space than Athlon 64 does, that´s all.
