The thing is Management promised by the end of the year and instead gave Huge a shelf offering over the last holiday weekend of the year.
MMerlin, court is fustrated because shorts are crawling all over this stock because of what Management did ...It imbolded them even more with this latest offering...and believe it or not Bic could be right about who really bought those warrants and they have an agenda of bringing it down more before they bring it back up.......It could be the shorts....after all Management has let 2.4 million shorts crawl all over this stock going back to June when they missed their first Vitaros Partner deadline...they ended up dragging it out all the way till January..but the shelf put such a damper ont that the stock hardly moved...
I cant blame court for being angry ...Management is almost catering to the shorts it seems..
I will still be Watching this from the sidelines...wishing you guys all the best...
