So in summary: the bond issue still hangs over their heads, but let's not worry about it, the product delay issues were not their fault (just blame it on the FDA), the working capital would have been about zero without the bond being accounted for as a current liability, but let's not worry about it, the internal controls is not an issue because well, it is only a small public company and others have the same problems, cash will be fixed by PRs? patents? who needs patents in the pharmaceutical industry.
