Hello Vince and Solomon –
I’ve not contacted you before today as I know you have much to tend to. However, the goings on as of late have prompted this email to you as I seek clarification. Before I get to that you must understand that I believe very much in the aggressive steps you’ve taken to create a viable and successful company. All along the way I’ve been impressed with your efforts.
Nonetheless, the happenings of the past few weeks do have me somewhat on edge. Still, I’m accustomed to stock PPS drops and so UBE is no different in that respect. What is concerning to me is the DTC action against UBE and what appears to every investor to be a lack of your attention to that matter. Although you addressed that matter in your excellent letter to us all, it is not clear to any of us exactly what steps you have taken to have the DTC “chill” removed, as well as whatever status changes or movements have been made that will lead to an expeditious removal of said “chill”.
So Vince and Solomon, my simple question to you is this: What concrete steps have you taken to have this “chill” removed? I’m not asking for generalities here. As a shareholder I want to know exactly what steps you have taken to have the DTC “chill” removed, as well as whatever status changes or movements have been made that will lead to an expeditious removal of said “chill”.
