Adam Adler's interview with under30CEO.com on November 22

A previous post mentioned this a few months ago but I dont remember it being addressed. I bring it up again because its all very sketchy.

During the interview Adler says he doesn't know what happened to his previous company. However, its clear from the recent 10Q the company was acquired by the same company Fuse merged into, yet he claims he doesn't know... 1) How could he not know? 2) Why would he lie unless it was fishy?
