Just a little clarification, the Home page website has been updated after July 2011, (someone mentioned that date). I believe it was done in October or November.

Recapitalization of the company is under way. Led by a new chief executive officer, Dan Lloyd, Jr., the son of Superior's founder, together with a group of well-seasoned officers, directors and consultants, Superior is poised to commence new horizontal drilling as early as late October 2011.
